Innovation Platform 2012 (IP2012)
IP2012 is a collaboration between UiTM Kedah and UiTM Pulau Pinang. This collaboration aims to provide a platform to showcase innovations among academicians, industry and students in their respective disciplines. This is parallel to the Prime Minister's aspiration to intensify innovation activities in the year 2012. This event is an extension of the previous two successfully organized IID Kedah 2010 and IID Kedah 2011 for UiTM Kedah Branch Campus as well as IID Penang 2011 for UiTM Penang Branch Campus.
Objectives:
- To inculcate the culture of high impact innovations among public and private universities, technical colleges, industry and schools
- To cultivate the practice of commercializing innovations among public and private universities, technical colleges, industry and schools
- To enable UiTM to emerge as a catalyst in innovation-based scholarship in all disciplines
